The trigger for this discussion was a case that happened on Tuesday, 04, where a women was sentenced to a four month suspended sentence for possessing child abuse material. The judge agreed, that she received the video “innocently” from a man she knew only by his first name. She deleted it immediately when she realised what it contained.
