Outsourced Data Protection Officer
Since 2011, Castlebridge has been providing outsourced Data Protection Officer or Data Protection Manager services to clients to help them with their data protection compliance needs.
Our outsource DPOs provide the full range of responsibilities of a DPO, or they can act in a support capacity for an existing DPO who may face potential conflicts of interest or who are developing their data protection expertise and need second-line support and guidance.
The modern data landscape can be complex and challenging for organisations. Castlebridge’s Outsourced CDO service lets even the smallest organisation get the help they need to develop and implement their enterprise-wide data and information strategy, governance, control, policy development, to drive business outcomes.
Our multi-disciplinary team means that organisations delegate responsibility to experts who can manage all aspects of your data strategy and execution.
Data Controllers based outside the EU are required to have a Nominated Representative in the EU under Article 27 of GDPR. Castlebridge provides NomRep services through our subsidiary Castlebridge Nominated Representative Services Ltd.
This provides organisations with a scalable level of support relative to the nature and complexity of your business to ensure you are operating in line with your obligations under EU Data Protection law.
