When you register for events or training courses, or purchase digital products or services from us, or fill out Contact Us forms or other forms on this site or on any other Castlebridge owned site, we will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other related information. We will use this information to process orders, as well as to keep track of what topics are of interest to our customers and site visitors. Castlebridge will not share this information with any third party.

Returns:

If you purchase a digital product for download or access online, you accept that we will deliver the order on completion of payment and you cannot return the product or request a refund once delivery has been completed as your right of cancellation under EU law does not apply.
