On behalf of the team, thanks for signing up to our ClouDPO service. Your package will be as agreed and set out in our contract with you, and your minimum monthly payment will be deducted a couple of days after your invoice issues each month.

If there are any additional charges arising in any month, we’ll have let you know about that well in advance of us sending you an invoice so there shouldn’t be any surprises.

As a Direct Debit customer, you’ll also get a small discount on your bill every month as a “thank you” from us for making life simpler all around.

In the event you wish to cancel your contract with us, please note that any fees outstanding under the contract will be charged on your last direct debit.
