Michael Baylon

With a strong background in data management in the Utilities and Financial Services sectors, Michael works with Castlebridge clients to help develop their business data language and improve their understanding of data as a business asset through data modelling, enterprise architecture, and best practice application of data management fundamentals such as data quality management and data strategy.

He has experience across the full data life-cycle: from strategy & architecture, and programme planning, through to delivery & the more technical aspects of data management.
