Castlebridge prepared the attached submission for the Regulatory Strategy consultation by the Irish Data Protection Commission for their 2020-2025 Regulatory Strategy. In it, we explore the challenges that are faced by a Regulator with constrained resources seeking to maximise impact across a wide range of areas. In particular, we examine the appropriate role and function for a Supervisory Authority in driving discussion and deliberation in organsiations about Ethical Information Management.
