Our Managing Director, Daragh O Brien, was on Newstalk’s Lunch Time Live on Thursday discussing the issues with the Public Services Card and the MyGovID database. A key point he made was that the State is continuing the roll out and expansion of the scheme while it is under formal investigation by the DPC, resulting in potential liability for State agencies and inevitable additional costs reworking or undoing systems and processes.
