 tion and Purpose\nThe Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a rapid move to remo
 te working across a range of industry sectors. Future ways of working in m
 any organisations will involve remote or blended working arrangements to a
 llow for social distancing and the protection of employees. As such it is 
 unlikely that organisations will be able to return to their traditional em
 ployee supervision practices. The choices organisations make in terms of h
 ow they measure\, monitor\, and manage remote and blended work configurati
 ons and risk managed returns to the physical workplace have significant im
 plications for future organisational culture and the data protection compl
 iance issues and liabilities that might arise.\nThe seminar will provide p
 rinciples based practical guidance on Data Protection issues that arise fo
 r organisations in Ireland and the EU regarding remote working\, blended w
 orking\, and a managed return to an office workplace.\n\nKey Objectives\nD
