About Michael

Michael is an experienced strategic data leader with extensive experience in organisational change in a command and control culture.

He was the Chief Data Officer for the British Army and has a record of delivering data leadership to realise business value. He is experienced in data strategy, governance, ethics and quality. He is an enterprise architect who has successfully used business architecture to develop strategic change roadmaps and has lead the charge in delivering that change.

Michael works with Castlebridge clients to support Business Continuity planning, Data Governance strategy definition, and to develop the C-Suite messaging around data quality and the bottom line impact of poor data in organisations.

He is a founder member and Executive Director of the International Society for Chief Data Officers.
