The Competition

1. You enter the competition by providing a valid email address and answering correctly the question asked.
2. Only entries that correctly answer the question will be entered into the monthly draw
3. Each week the question will change to reflect the author featured that week
4. You may only submit one entry per week, but may enter for as many weeks as you want.
5. The draw will take place every four weeks at 18:00 GMT on fourth Thursday and all valid entries submitted by that time will be included. No late entries will be accepted.

The Prizes

1. There will be three prizes every four weeks.
2. The first prize will be a signed copy of Ethical Data and Information Management: Concepts, Tools, and Methods plus your choice of FOUR of the books mentioned in videos that week.
3. The second prize will be a signed copy of Ethical Data and Information Management: Concepts, Tools, and Methods plus your choice of THREE of the books mentioned in videos that week.
4. The third prize will be a signed copy of Ethical Data and Information Management: Concepts, Tools, and Methods plus your choice of TWO of the books mentioned in videos that week
5. Prize winners will be sent a questionnaire to select their chosen books and they will be ordered and shipped directly to you.
6. Where a prize winner already owns a copy of Ethical Data and Information Management: Concepts, Tools, and Methods, you can choose to have it gifted to a recipient you nominate if you wish, but no substitutions of other books is permitted.
7. Ethical Data and Information Management: Concepts, Tools, and Methods will be sent to you as a physical book. For other books we will provide a copy by Kindle where such option is available and you identify that as your preferred mode of delivery (but we love physical books and that will be our standard format for delivery unless you tell us otherwise!).

Uses of Your Data

1. Your email address will be used to contact you in respect of this competition.
2. You will be invited to join the Castlebridge mailing list. There is no obligation to do so. You will not be automatically entered on our mailing list.
3. Competition winning entries will be retained for three months after the end of the competition to ensure that all winners have received their books and any logistical issues can be resolved.
4. If you are a winner, you will be asked for your postal address so we can arrange delivery of physical books to you.
5. Your data will not be shared or disclosed to any other party except where necessary to deliver a prize to you.
