Castlebridge was engaged by the enterprise development function of an EU Member State to examine the product/market fit and strategic routes to market for Cyber Security solution providers from their country in the context of the Irish market.
We carried out primary and secondary research, including interviews with buy-side representatives from target market segments. We developed a clear mapping of client-market capabilities to Irish-market opportunities and presented a prioritised set of potential routes to market for companies from the client country seeking to enter the Irish market.
Castlebridge was selected for this project due to our ‘cyber-adjacent’ core business and our record of strategic research engagements with tool vendors in the broader data management space. Participants commented that our neutrality on the cyber-security market (as we do not offer cyber-security services) added value and objectivity to the final report.
How we can help you
Castlebridge conducts private client strategic research on a range of topics in the data management sector, with a strong focus on identifying the alignment between a business or societal need and technical capabilities.
We have worked with early stage start-ups and established data management vendors to help define and refine product/market fit in a range of contexts, and we help organisations better understand their needs when engaging with vendors.
