IQCP Examination Preparation

The IQCP (Information Quality Certified Professional) certification is the pinnacle of achievement in the Information Quality profession, representing a 'black belt' level of profeciency and understanding of a broad range of topics which are critical to the successful definition and execution of Informtion Quality Management change in organisations large and small.
Developed by Information Quality practitioners for Information Quality practitioners, the IQCP syllabus is recognised as being challenging, even for experienced professionals.
Castlebridge Associates has developed a 10-day intensive training programme to help aspiring IQCP candidates prepare for the 3 hour examination. This curriculum has been successfully delivered in leading Irish organisations.

About the Course

This course has been developed to provide an in-depth grounding for management and staff engaged in the management, measurement, and improvement of Information Quality in organsiations of any size.
The course addresses key skill and knowledge learning requirements of the six knowledge domains of the IQCP certification and its associated Body of Knowledge.

Learners will be required to undertake a series of project assignments during the course of the 12 weeks, including the keeping of a "Learner Diary" to help them assimilate and integrate the theory and practice of effective Information Quality Management.
Preferred Entry Level
Candidates for IQCP must at a minimum meet the IAIDQ's entry requirements which can be found on the IQCP certification website
Some prior exposure to Information Quality principles and practices is desirable, ideally the FETAC Level 6 minor award Managing Information Quality.
Crucially, learners must have sufficient exposure to Information Quality practices and information management in their organisation that they would be able to interpret and apply principles covered in the course to their day to day activities as part of 'activity learning" and the maintenance of their 'learner diary'.
A reasonable level of proficiency in mathematics and statistics is an advantage.

Price
The fee for this course is €2850 per person which includes all examination fees, materials etc and a year's membership of the IAIDQ.
Graduates of the Castlebridge Associates FETAC award "Managing Information Quality" can avail of a 10% discount on this rate, and futher discounts are available to members of selected professional associations or at the discretion of Castlebridge Associates.
