Daragh O Brien
Daragh is the founder and Managing Director of Castlebridge Associates.
He has a degree in Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society.
He has developed and taught courses in Information Quality Management and Data Protection for a number of organisations in Ireland and has provided consulting services across industries as diverse as Health Care, Telecommunications, and Financial Services. Prior to founding Castlebridge Associates Daragh worked for over a decade for a leading Irish Telecommunications company in roles as diverse as Call Centre operations, Single View of Customer Programme management, and Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
Daragh is a regular presenter and trainer at conferences in the UK and world wide.
Apart from his consulting and education work, Daragh is also an active member of the International Association for Information & Data Quality.
He lives in Wexford in the South East of Ireland

Hugh Jones
Hugh Jones is owner and director of Longstone Management Ltd. and works as a Data Protection and Change Management consultant.
He has a background in Information Systems and Business project management, working mainly in the IT, banking and financial services sectors both in Ireland and internationally.
He has developed a pragmatic approach to managing change projects within organisations, including system implementation, data migration, product launches and organisational re-structuring. He applies the same common-sense approach when working with companies to find practical solutions to their data protection and data management challenges.
Hugh is a Data Protection tutor with the Irish Computer Society, delivering their widely-recognised certification course for Data Protection Practitioners. He is a regular contributor and speaker at DP and Information Security events.
Dorothy Quinn - DeeQue Ltd
Dorothy is Managing Director of DeeQue Ltd and an Associate Consultant with Castlebridge Associates.
She has over 12 years’ experience in the Records Management Industry. Since working in the Records Management industry Dorothy has gained invaluable experience in dealing with Government Department Records Management requirements and private companies. She has signed the Official Secrets Act and well as been Garda vetted on numerous occasions.
She has worked on numerous Information and Records Management projects for Government, Private and Corporate Sectors creating, guiding and helping them implement information and records management, data protection and Disaster Recovery policies. She has advised and provided reports on the economic advantages and best fit solutions to storing both hard copy and electronic records.
Dorothy provides "Best Practice" advisory services on Document Management and Data Retention requirements to Castlebridge Associates clients.
